We’re a small comfy cafe located in an old Barracks in Historic Fort Ben. We operate a scratch kitchen, focusing on breakfast and lunch as well as in-house roasted coffee. Our menu features components from a rotating selection of local producers and growers, and what isn’t sourced from someone in Central Indiana, we try to make ourselves. You’ll find fresh scones, biscotti, and other assorted pastries in addition to unique breakfast sandwiches/wraps, brunch specials, and lunch sandwiches made with our own focaccia and farmhouse loaves. Come for the food and drink (we also have a curated list of craft beer, wine, and spirits!) but stay for the comfy surrounds of original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and used books that line the walls. We’re also a short walk or bike ride to Fort Harrison State Park so it’s easy to make plans to spend the day at The Fort!
