Description
The Wit Theater is home of comedy sportz Indianapolis and LaRocca's Pizza! Comedy Sportz is one of Indy's original stand-up comedy groups dating back to the 90s where comedy is played as a sport! Comedy Sportz is Indy's longed running show where two teams of improv groups face off in front of a referee to see who is the most hilarious team!
LaRocca's Pizza is a pizza shop operated out of The Wit Theater. Food options include handmade pizzas, garlic bread, Italian subs, fresh salads, wings, nachos, cookies and cannoli! LaRocca's Pizza is a fantastic and affordable meal to enjoy while watching live comics, improv shows and the legendary Comedy Sportz Indianapolis! There's also a full bar with cocktails, beers, and seltzers.
All ages are welcome. Excluding occasional adults-only open-mic nights. Gift cards can be used for food, drink, and tickets at the box office (not online). The theater also hosts improv classes and summer camps!
The Wit Theater is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and is located on Shelby Street on the southside.
